There always seems to be something going on at The Railway . Regular events like quiz night and Sunday Afternoon Music to annual events like Harry's Day and the Chili Cook-Off or 6 Nations Rugby and lots of fun and beer in between!
Quiz Night
Our Quiz Mistress with the mostest, Sarah, puts together a great quiz - not so hard as to be painful but also not so easy as to be boring. It's a quiz of 2 halves with 2 questions rounds and 1 music round in each half. Dust off those thinking caps and give it a go. £2 per person entry.
When: 1st and 3rd Wednesdays of each month at 8pm
(and the 5th Wednesday if there is one in the month)

Sunday Afternoon Music
Join us for some wonderful live entertainment - music Sundays are a firm pub favourite. Expect to tap your feet and sing along or get up and dance if the spirit strikes you. We host a variety of fantastic solo, duo and trio acts and the occasional full band. Free entry.
When: 1st and 3rd Sunday of the month but check social media for updated dates and acts.
Annual Events
We have different annual events and parties throughout the year. Everything from family fun day fundraisers to a cocktail tasting, a chili cook-off and a Mad Hatter's Tea Party. Keep an eye on our Upcoming Events post to find out what and when.

Celebrate with us
We are happy to have you celebrate a special occasion with us! We do not close the pub for private parties but will reserve a section of the pub for your event. We are also happy to cater for you or you are welcome to provide your own food. Pop in or give us a ring to discuss and plan your event.
